Born and raised in New York City. Jenna received her BFA from Syracuse University College of Visual and Performing arts in 2016. Jenna Has exhibited in the US including the Heckscher Museum in Huntington NY, Spark Contemporary Gallery in Syracuse NY, The Wall Shaffer art building at Syracuse University and, showed at Starr Space Gallery in Brooklyn NY. She has received many awards such as, being named a Gold Key recipient in the National Scholastic Art and Writing contest. She was also named one of Long Island’s Best Young Artists in 2011. Other accomplishments include the grand prize at the Huntington School of Fine Arts Annual Scholarship Competition, and the Jr. Painting award at Syracuse University in the Spring of 2015. Jenna’s other great passion is traveling. Having traveled to China, India, Australia, Israel, Canada, all around Europe, and the United States, Jenna has broadened her understanding on humanity which she demonstrates in her works of art. Her artistic process has been greatly influenced by visits to her father’s factory in Panyu, China. She works with many new technologies, such as digital fabrication techniques, yet always incorporates her love for oil painting within her works.
